150 ml milk/ whipping cream

60ml cooking oil

100g mozzarella or/and cottage or/and cheddar cheese

20g Palmania palm sugar *

170g tapioca starch

a pinch of salt


 +Pre-heat oven at 200°C

+Put all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth

+Pour the batter into muffin tray (12 cups), only pour up to half of each cup

+Bake on the lowest rack in the oven for 20 minutes

+Take the tray out and let it cool down a bit to easily take out the bread

* Palm sugar helps your breads have nice caramel color
