
THAI BASIL CHICKEN
Ingredients
400g minced chicken
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 full tsp Palmania palm sugar
4-5 garlic gloves
1 bird’s eye chili (de-seed if needed)
Thai basil or basil leaves
100ml water
Cooking oil
Instruction
+ Mix well soy sauce, fish sauce, Palmania palm sugar and water
+ Grind/ slice garlic gloves and chili and put them into hot wok/ frying pan with a bit of cooking oil, stir-fry until they turn to be a bit brown
+ Add minced chicken and stir fry for 3 minutes
+ Add mixture to wok/ frying pan, stir well so mixture is mixed evenly to chicken
+ Turn off heat when it reaches to nice texture
+ Add basil leaves a mix well
