A serving idea with palmyra nectar. Adjust sweetness and seasoning to your taste.

- 120 g flour
- 70 g softened butter
- 40 g palmyra nectar powder
- 1 egg yolk · pinch of salt
How to make it
- Heat the oven to 170°C. Cream butter with nectar powder.
- Mix in yolk, flour and salt. Chill for 15 minutes.
- Shape 12 cookies. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the edges turn golden; cool on a rack.
