HOW PALMYRA FLOWER NECTAR IS COLLECTED?
Harvesting season is in the dry season in the south of Vietnam, which normally happens from November to June of the following year. To harvest the flower nectar, which is then used to make the soft palmyra nectar, farmers climb the trees, make the cuts on the flower surface and put a container under that.
HOW PALMANIA IS MADE?
After being harvested, the collected palmyra flower nectar is then boiled to create soft palmyra nectar
